| To my observation, the locals simply thrown the rubbish on the street with no qualms, closed the shops and left. Cleaners started the tedious work around 11pm, and the street would look reasonably clean the next morning. The same spot that was piled high with rubbish the night before could be occupied by street vendors in daytime. The cycle just repeats itself day after day. |
