on the ceiling of the bus stop.

Went to eMart @Safra Mount Faber again to buy army and travel necessities yesterday evening.

Passed by the long-time-no-see pink Koon Seng Ting Temple 堃成堂 @Telok Blangah.
The yellow building next to it is Ban Siew San Kuan Im Tong 万寿山观音堂.

Bone Ritual

Finished The Bone Ritual recently. This was after I'd read its sequel The Burnings last year November. A great read with the twists and turns that kept me guessing up to the very last minute.  The author definitely a food lover ..... many mouth-watering indonesia local delicacies was mentioned in the book.

Found this little treasure while tidying up the shelves.

Talked about drawing, I have found mine deep in the bookshelves. This was drawn when I was in primary school and also the only drawing that I managed to bring with me during relocation to SG. I had drawn a lot of chinese-style dragons, phoenixes and fairies as requested by my mum where she either sold or gave them out, till eventually I get tired and stopped drawing. Being forced to draw smth and being discouraged to become an illustrator at the same time was just no good. Well 😓History anyway. I was a kid back then.
