There were quite a bit of upgrading works done at our area these 2 years.
Besides the HIP in May 2024, there was repair work to refuse chutes last year, then repairs and redecoration (re-screeding building apron all round block and walkways/ramps), replacement of submarine cable from tap off unit to meter board, upgrading to facade, and most recently the electrical load upgrade few days ago. Now we're waiting for the repainting of the whole block.
