Accompanied my incredible for pre-enlistment medical screening  @Mindef yesterday early morning.  From 08:00 till 13:00, it took 4 hours to complete the whole screening.  We were famished. We couldn't help but to order big combo meal set plus ice-cream desserts at Ichiban-Sushi, even after we had shared two plates of Sushi to temporarily soothe our hunger.

Ice Lemon Tea

May be I was truly thirsty. This ice lemon tea @ Ghee Hong, a coffee shop at Blk 153 Serangoon North Avenue 1 tasted superb.  I drank two full glass even though my stomach was quite full after a sumptuous meal.

Littered With Books

Bought three beautifully designed and bound books - 2 graphic novels and 1 children picture book. Left the store with a big hole in my pocket, yet a satisfactory smile on my face.

The Reading Room

I am back to this lovely book cafe for my Shakerato, a shot of espresso shaken with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and simple syrup. For my case, at least 2 shots to soothe my thirst.
