SATURDAY
Blue Sky white clouds. Nice evening to go out.

Went for a bookish shopping spree at Kinokuniya @Takashimaya. Orchard Road was as crowded as usual.

Dinner @ Paul Bakery

Infinity reflection @Uniqlo Orchard Central

SUNDAY

Family lunch @Captain K Seafood Tower (Middle Road)
My second bday celebration here, but this round was served with a free Chilean King Crab. Yay!

It's coffee time after lunch. So we went to the National Design Centre just opposite the road.

Another Day Another Images

Went to Chinatown to exchange some Japanese Yen for my upcoming Japan trip.
It's really worth the journey as the rate here is much better, 81.4JPY = 1SGD.
The shop at ARC selling at 80JPY = 1SGD. No way.

I am curious, how many decibels can this single piece of sound barrier lower down? I do understand it definitely works better if at least 3 sides are covered around the digging site, but one piece? 🤔 Really?

A portrait of me

Drawn by an ex-colleague in year 1996. So long ago. Time flies.

Leader Shit : Captain Trump

Saturday, 9 March

Our dinner @Bangkok Jam before watching Captain Marvel at 10:10pm.

We ordered seafood pineapple rice, salted egg squid, papaya soft shell crab salad plus green curry chicken, and banana tempura as dessert. The classic Thai green milk tea was good.

Hahaha! At first, I was attracted by the weird but cute Mc supersized half skeleton McDonald mini figures. Then I saw him.

Captain Marvel? Nope. Here is Captain Trump.
Damn cute. Apparently, there is also Super Kim under the Leader Shit series from Hong Kong.

So I brought him home. 😂 😍

Friday, 8 March

Gosh! I forget that the North East Line was gonna shut down early tonite for maintenance.

Only realised it when I reached HarbourFront station via Circle Line after work.  All commuters were directed by the ground staffs to take shuttle 22 which passed by the few stations en-route with Dhoby Ghaut as the last stop.

So I was stuck with the rest at
Clarke Quay at 11:45 waiting for my bus.

Out of the chaos, I had this feeling that this was a telltale sign for me to go and enjoy a drink there. 😝 But before long I saw my bus was approaching. May be next time.

Maroon5 Red Pill Blues Tour

Yay! Waited for 6 months since Sep last year. No matter how busy and still got a lot of works to do, I decided to knock it off for the day. I needed to rest and have some fun.
