My second visit to this lovely cafe. We're here for the beautiful flower tea jelly cake.  Today's flavour is chrysanthemum.


Even the smoked salmon came in flower form.

Shape Symbols in MRT trains

I know these shape symbols on the bottom of the in-train ad panels are for identification purposes. But they didn't explain how. So I've been taking shots and marked down the train numbers whenever I can for comparison.  Now I know that they are in fact binary codes. Omit the 8 (which I supposed all trains used for Circle Line starts with 8), whereas the last digit (1,2,3) are the carriage numbers.

The packaging is simply too beautiful. I couldn't bear to unwrap a single piece.

It is a farewell party for our boss. It is also Friday the 13th and the mid-autumn festival 八月十五中秋節. 八月十五 was my late father's birthday too.
