Then realised the waiting room benches were all replaced with this sofa type which of course, is more comfortable.

Found this interesting book, Personal Opinion by Alex Josey, in a carton of free books outside Grassroots Bookshop while waiting for our grab car after our lunch. The list of contents and the 1st paragraph in foreword page already piqued my interest, though it was published in 1978.
