After waited for 17 months, I finally received it a week ago.
Not a very pleasant experience.
While I fully understood that there was unavoidable delay due to covid-19, I expected them to have the courtesy to at least inform the buyers about it. Nada.
The pre-order was made in Dec 2021, together with a Cillic:Wave Set.
The initial availability for Gripen is Q1/2022, I waited till end of May 2022 to send the 1st email asking for the progress, and 2nd email a few weeks later. Yet not a single response, I sent my 3rd email and simultaneously made my complain through their Facebook on 14 Jul 2022. Finally, there was an email a week later saying that the figure was in the final production stage and would update with an estimated delivery date.
OK. Fine. I would wait. Very patiently ......
10 months later, in May 2023, yes, I received Gripen. But where is the Cillic:Wave Set? Which were already available the time I made my order, but they said the set would only be delivered together with Gripen. Sent my 4th email to check and still no response till date.
Let's wait and see.
As for the product itself, I'm kind of disappointed with the quality. The Gripen costed USD315, yet the ball joints (such a simple design) between the legs and feet (red sneakers) are not fitting at all. The holes on the sneakers are bigger, shallower, thus loose. Just won't hold the body. I've to use super glue. Gosh!
Never ever gonna buy from Glitch again.
