Upon replacing the circular fluorescent tube to LED type, I have to cover the blacken ring (aka thermal ghosting) around the light with paint. But it is hard to blend the white paint over the old one and leaving some unpleasant marks. Unless I re-paint the whole patch of the ceiling which I'm a bit reluctant or frankly I am too lazy to do so. So being creative, I'd drawn a cloud as decoration. Not bad I would say.
