What happen to your brain when .....

An interesting subject in this issue of COLORS.

Wanna commit 'Cyber' suicide ? May be one day I will.

Thinking of death ? Why not set up an imaginary funeral.
You will find out how others think of you before your last breathe.
I have saw it from a movie 非誠勿擾2 (If You Are The One 2).  One of the character was going to die of cancer.  Thus, his good pal held a pre-funeral for him and invited all his family members and friends to attend. Everyone poured out their feelings about him, be it good or bad.  The dying guy also had his chance to express himself, to thank and to apologize.  I think it is a good idea, but older generation may not accept such arrangement.

B-DAY :)

A smoky birthday for my niece last Saturday.
To create the dreamy effect, dry ices were submerged into 3 big bowls of  hot water.

Brunch | High Tea

Today is the 1st appointment with HDB.

Timing is to meet my agent at 12:15pm and to reach HDB Hub by 01:15pm, not here not there.  Thus we have brunch at Subway. Both ordered Turkey & Bacon Avocado sandwich with extra scoop of avocado paste each.

The whole process took almost 3 hours and only finished around 4pm plus.  Fortunately, everything went well after some hassles on the loan issues.

A fine day to have a little treat indeed.  We have rojak and sushi at the food court  at B2 in the Hub, a place I didn't know its existence at all.  Surprised to find it quite spacious and lot of stalls too.

A scene in MRT ......

I would say quite embarrassing.  A lesbian couple was too in love and having intimate acts  - hugging, touching, rubbing, kissing - during the train ride.  I was standing right beside and not sure if I should move away, but eventually I didn't cause it was rather packed.  Other commuters simply stared in bemusement.

Why don't you gals just go get a room or something ?!

Thanks for hanging on

A Belated Thanksgiving

A small Thanksgiving gathering was held tonight.  Our host was a real good cook.  He had made a full roasted turkey, topped with mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, berry jam and creamy herbal gravy.  The rich pumpkin pancake with whiskey whipped cream being served after the main course simply filled up your belly, barely leaving a tiny gap for a glass or two of the fruity mulled wine - a tradition Christmas drink in Germany.  It is quite easy to make.

Pour the red wine into a large pot and begin heating in low temperature (do not boil). Add cinnamon, cloves and sugar. Heat thouroughly, then add sliced lemons or oranges. Simmer the mixture over low heat for another half an hour and it is done.

Whoops! A Mouthwatering affair.
