At last, spent many hours to upgrade my Macbook Pro from
El Capitan to the latest
Catalina. Though with some hiccups. The installer downloaded directly from Apple Store kept having errors. In the end, I used the utility called
macOS Catalina Patcher that allows me to download the complete setup file from Apple's servers without going through Mac App Store.

Before installing the new OS, I needed to disable the SIP via Terminal.
Updated all my Adobe Apps as well. Mission accompliced.
