New Year Celebration @Botanico At The Garage

 
We decided to try the Chef's 10-course Tasting Menu, which was available at $98++ per pax.

 
Grilled Palermo Pepper and Seasonal Oyster
 
Truffle Cheese Toasties and Asparagus Tempura
 
Corn Panipuri and Japanese Scallops
 
Foie Gras "Latte" and 65° Kurobuta Prok Belly
"Assam Pedas" Snapper with saffron risotto and Ondeh Ondeh

Yum Yum Yummy. The foods are good, but what came out extraordinary is the Foie Gras "Latte" - soooo savoury.
