Saturday At Art Science Museum

Watching this special screening of "Taming the Garden" by Dir. Salomé Jashi.
A powerful portrait of inequality - a former Georgian prime minister 'collects' exotic trees. To get them, trees are uprooted, electric cabls shifted and new road paved - a chilling reminder on how the rich remake cities in their own image.

ORCHESTRAL MANOEUVRES
SEE SOUND . FEEL SOUND . BE SOUND

Resonance in Frames by Zul Mahmod, Singapore who uses utilitarian materials and objects to depict sound.

Installation by Hsiao Sheng-Chien, Taiwan.
Not your usual headphones.

by Christine Sun Kim and Idris Khan

This musical score looks like the stairways of a building.
Science provides an understanding of a universal experience,
and art provides a universal understading of a personal experience.
