Kaiseki Dinner @Hazuki

On 15 Oct, last Saturday. We've been anxious to try the foods at this newly opened, Kyoto-style Kaiseki restaurant inside Takashimaya SC. The dining place is cozy and comfortable, and privy. With exquisite Kamagi crystalware used by the Japanese imperial Family to antique yakusugi cedar tray, it's a feast for the eyes as well.
Starter - Kegani with Dashi Jelly & Oscietra Caviar
Shirako Chawanmushi (one of my favourites) - not your usual chawanmushi
Sashimi  |  Shima-aji, Anago & Chotoro
Amadai with Yuzu & Hohohotake
Kinki Sushi with Ankake
Tempura  |  Satsumaimo, Hotate, Oba Uni & Kurumaebi
Shabu-shabu of A5 Wagyu Sirlion with Shiro Miso & Shiitake (Another of my favourites)
Donabe of Kinoko & Sakura Ebi
Dessert - La France Pear with Mascarpone Ice Cream & Champagne Foam

Verdict : Super satisfying.
Damage: S$729++
