Received it yesterday from Samueldecal Hong Kong.

This is the orange version. The detail and quality are real nice.

Tamoya Udon & Tempura

Wanna try this place ever since we realised there is a Japanese restaurant at 6th floor in Plaza Singapore a few years ago. It simply didn't happen till tonight.

Verdict:

The broth is savoury and not too salty.  The udon is chewy.  When the udon is dipped in soft bolted 'runny' egg and eaten together with  the beef slices that are coated with the oozy yolk ..... Oiishi (おいしい).

Last Sunday

Dinner at Hamburg Steak Keisuke with free flow of salads on last Sunday (Apr 4). Worth the 1 hour wait.

This place was recommended by my boy.

AC/DC Dynamite - Deep fried mixed seafood roll with fresh raw seafood, homemade sriracha sweet soy

Tuna Tartare Tortilla - Soy aged bluefin tuna, avocado, mitsuba, yuzu citrus, scriracha soy, microherbs, crispy tortilla

Pomegranate Miso Black Cod and High Roller Wagyu Don (Ohmi A4 Wagyu, Hokkaido uni, ikura,summer black truffle, onsen egg)

The name is to celebrate my birtyday, yet the real reason is to satisfy his gastronomic stomach.

Staycation - Dinner on 1st Day

Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer

A super sinful dinner especially requested by my boy. After a sumptuous lamb burger with sweet potato fries, I've difficulty to finish my Sweet 'M Salty Crazyshake which is full of whipped cream. Oh Mind!

 

There was a complementary birthday cake waiting for me in the room when we're back after a short walk to burn some calories.

So nice.
