Tamoya Udon & Tempura

Wanna try this place ever since we realised there is a Japanese restaurant at 6th floor in Plaza Singapore a few years ago. It simply didn't happen till tonight.

Verdict:
The broth is savoury and not too salty.  The udon is chewy.  When the udon is dipped in soft bolted 'runny' egg and eaten together with  the beef slices that are coated with the oozy yolk ..... Oiishi (おいしい).
