Oh Mind! How I wish I can be there. Takashi Murakami 村上隆, Japan's answer to Andy Warhol, is having an exhibition till May 25 at Blum & Poe in Los Angeles. The title of the exhibit is Arhat, which in Sanskrit, translates to "a being who has achieved a state of enlightenment". I love his works - an amalgamation of Buddhist monks, demonic monsters, skulls, smiley flowers and all.
And I am SOOOO drooled with this sparkling skulls. Oh!
