Attained the Barista Course with certification from City&Guilds at Oriton school in Clarke Quay last weekends. Now I know what are the differences between Expresso, Macchiato, Doppio, Long Black, Caffe Latte, Cappuccino, Mocha, etc. and know how to make them with a semi-auto coffee machine. The most challenging part is to make a nice foamy steamed milk. I tried so many times and luckily managed to make a real nice and satisfying one during the assessment.
And YES, i passed. Ho Ho Ho !
