Before and On Singapore National Day


Having KFC Grilled Chicken for Countdown. Not bad ya.


The next day was family lunch gathering @The Masses.
Fusion styles from starters and main courses, every dish was full of surprises.


Pumpkin soap - pickled pumpkin, cocoa cream, croutons, chives.
Pan seared Foie Gras - french brioche, white peach purée, chocolate crémeux, chives.


Today's special - rojak with octopus.


Grilled Avocado - kaffir lime yogurt, pineapple salsa, burnt pineapple.


C&C&C&C Pasta - crabmeat, caviar, clams, chorizo, lobster bisque.
Duck Confit - rice noodles, wild mushrooms, mirabelle plum vinaigrette.


The Egg - house chips, ikura, ebiko, beurre noisette, chive oi, pickled shallots.
Chicken Breast - truffle mash, parma ham, summer vegetables, albufera sauce.


Sweet endings - Brioche Chocolate Pudding & Mango Kombucha Popsicle.
