The broth was definitely tasty.

Today’s King Ramen is a level up. Soup base is made with Tonkotsu broth and mushrooms. Ingredients include Kagoshima Wagyu beef Sukiyaki, Matsutake mushroom, sauteed mushroom, truffle and onsen egg. Yes! Real truffle slices here. π
After lunch dessert is Blueberry Mochi. Fruity and refreshing. Thumbs up!
