There are other ways to transfer the inkjet printed images, but as recommended by Hello Creative Family, I find using Silhouette tattoo transfer paper is really much easier and fuss-free.
The resulted shiny surface on art card is lovely too.
Though the transfer paper isn't cheap since I need to buy them from Amazon US, as I can't find it here.
