French Fine Dining Experience

Lunch at 3 Michelin Stars Les Amis Restaurant
Le Menu Déjeuner at 175++ pa.

Right : L’Asperge Blanche De Provence -  roasted white asparagus from provence balanced with bitter spring shoots & sauce choron

Left : Les Cheveux D'ange - cold angel hair pasta balanced with kombu, caviar & black truffle

Left : Le Canard De Challans - roasted challans duck breast from vendée served with glazed baby turnip
Right : Les Côtes D’Agneau Printanière - spring baby lamb from Aveyron escorted with herb salad and jus court

Right : Le Mangue Alphonso - a sugar sphere with variations of fresh alphonso mango and crisp meringue

Right : Le Mille-Feuille A La Pistache - layers of puff pastry and dacquoise with sicilian pistachio and dark chocolate cream


Verdict : Very impressive - the presentation, the food and the service.
                Each of us get to bring home a fruit cake as well.
