This workshop, DIY Tensegrity Structures, organised by SUTDIO was at Edible Garden City, 60 Jln Penjara (Queenstown).
Made from a combination of the words tension and integrity, the word tensegrity is used to describe structures that are primarily supported by continuous tension systems with discrete or disconnected rigid elements. Eg. the “floating table” that has recently gone viral online.
