My Queenstown Heritage Trail

Rarely Wake up early morning on a Sunday .... Need a bit of determination to get up and a strong coffee to boost.

Joined the Tanglin Halt and Margaret Drive guided tour organised by My Community through eventbrite.sg on Sunday morning, from 8:30 am till 12pm, total three and a half hours walk.  It was an enjoyable and relaxing walk indeed.

Reflected on the glass are the 30 to 40-storey Forfar Heights cluster that replaced the former 14-storey Forfar House.

The library has a cozy and quiet reading room at second floor overlooking the lovely exterior greenery.

There is a spice garden at the back too.

Situated next to the library is the former Queenstown Polyclinic.

Yay! Stopped at Colbar Cafe to enjoy a bottle of ice-cold beer before continuing the tour.

The tour ended at Tanglin Halt Market, and I highly recommend anyone to have lunch there.  So many delicious foods to choose from.

As you can see, long-queue for this laksa store. I'd waited about 30 mins for my turn.  Wow! It was delish, definitely worth the wait.

Time to go home and nap nap.
