First time with Emirates Airlines.
Singapore SIN 00:30 - Dubai DXB 04:10 (Duration 07 hr 40 min)
Dubai DXB 12:10 - London Heathrow LHR 16:10 (Duration 08 hr 00 min)
with stopover in Dubai for 8 hours.
The experience was good, Comfortable seat, nice food. The entertainment system has literally something for everyone. I've watched quite a few movies on the way.
While waiting for the connecting flight, we took a nap and enjoyed some light refreshments at the premium lounge (T3 Departures). It costed $155.60 .for 6 hours for 2 pax. Not bad.
We reached Argo Hotel, within 3 mins walk from King Cross Station, around 6pm.
Room 109. 8 nights for S$2109.89.
Encountered the pro-palestinian rally at Kings Cross Station when we-re out for dinner.
A side note: The M&S Simply Food at the station was our favourite store for groceries. Almost every night we would go there for smacks and drinks.
