When we stepped out from Westminster station, we saw many people gathered under the bright sun alone the barriers. Also many Metropolitan police officers there. Asked around, the answer was changing of guards ceremony. But ...... I doubt so. So we waited.
Now we realised that we happened to view the March as King and Queen arrived in Westminster for State Opening of Parliament this morning. Also happened to be standing next to the BBC cameraman.
Finally, could go into Westminster after 12:30.
After our late lunch at Cellarium Cafe, it's already 15:30.
