Last Day in Manhattan

41 Cooper Square, designed by architect Thom Mayne of Morphosis, is a nine-story, 175,000-square-foot academic center that houses the Albert Nerken School of Engineering with additional spaces for the humanities, art, and architecture departments in the newest addition to Cooper Union's campus in Cooper Square, Manhattan; there is also an exhibition gallery and auditorium for public programs and retail space on the ground level.

Unfortunately, today it is not open to public.  What a day!

Happened to pass by Patricia Field's boutique along Bowery Road on my way to McNally Jackson. My luck. I had read something somewhere about her boutique has been a fashion landmark for nearly 50 years in New York City.

Who is she exactly ?

Patricia Field is known for changing the way women dress through HBO's television series "Sex and the City", the most fashionable show in television history.   She is also an Academy Awards nominated, Emmy Award winning costume designer for film and television.

Oops! Very glittery.
