Today is 端午節, also called Tuen Ng Festival or Dragon Boat Festival.
A day to celebrate and yet my stomach not feeling great after having the 鹼水粽 aka keezhang aka lye water rice dumpling in the morning, thus skipped lunch thus felt so hungry before even 6pm.
Anyway, I am happy now. The basic burger @Burger Labo is definitely delish.
The Basic Burger (S$23) is a 170gm patty made from a blend of four kinds of beef - grass-fed Angus beef neck, Toriyama Umami Wagyu A4 tenderloin, Aomori Gyu ribeye and Sendai Wagyu A5 brisket. Topped with grilled organic tomato, green ice lettuce, two slices of American cheese, house-made bone marrow 'butter' and sauce. Mine with pickled & caramelised onions added.
